Venlo Model Glass Greenhouse
Construction of the greenhouse was calculated as per TS EN 13031-1 A 15 standards.
The whole steel construction is hot-dip galvanized. Assemblies will be carried out via steel fibre bolts.
Column/foundation connections will be provided by 50*120=4mm anchorages. Aluminium roof will consist of specially formed elements.
1. It is a high volume model with butterfly window, high ventilation rate, aluminium gutter, and designed as per our country's climate conditions.
2. Carrier components such as column, beam are manufactured of hot-dip galvanized steel, while glass rafters and windows are of aluminium.
3. The system includes drainage - discharge channels for perspiration waters, and mini condensation gutter, while windows have anti-iksekt tulle bearings.
4. It is designed for easy application of heat curtain - shading and fly screen systems.
5. It is designed as per heat protection and insulation rules, have high technology and fully domestic design and is manufactured by us.
They consist of 50x100x4mm box profiles.
Posts around the greenhouse will be produced of first class galvanized iron of 60x120x3 mm dimension, while posts inside the greenhouse of first class galvanized iron of 60x140x3 mm dimension.
ALUMINIUM ROOF ELEMENTS
(For Aluminium gutter and 4 mm glass) It is certified with ISO 9001 and produced in a quality in complying with (TSI) standards, and provides high resistance on the structure.
1) ALUMINIUM RIDGE PROFILE
It is located at the highest point of the structure, simultaneously supports the roof and enables ventilation to run smoothly. Furthermore, there are wind tie bearings, and ties are easily connected without use of any additional materials.
2) ALUMINIUM UPPER WINDOW PROFILE
It is easily put on bearings located on the ridge, and functions as a hinge on ventilation. It provides a high safety by deep glass bearing on it.
3) ALUMINIUM LOWER WINDOW PROFILE
It is assembled in parallel with the ridge and hinge. Its duty is to safely open and close the ventilation, and to prevent harmful insects from going in without using an additional material through fly screen bearing formed on it. Furthermore, it perfectly preserves the air and heat insulation in the structure by EPDM rubber bearing on it.
4) ALUMINIUM WINDOW INTERMEDIATE SUPPORT PROFILE
It is affixed vertically to window lower and upper profiles. Its duty is to enable fastest and safest attachment of glasses by safe EPDM rubber bearing on it.
5) ALUMINIUM ROOF SUPPORT PROFILE
It is the most important part of the roof, and operates simultaneously with all profiles. Its duty is to enable the roof to be structured in the safest and fastest way possible. In addition, it enables fixed glasses on the roof to remain safely.
TAILORED RAIN GUTTERS AND CONDENSATION WATER COLLECTION SYSTEM
Original aluminium closed type gutters will be used against heavy rains. There are drainage channels through which roof condensation waters are collected and discharged through gutter special side forms. Drainage channels are available in rain gutters and side skirt profiles for collection and discharge of perspiration waters condensed on roof inner surface and on side wall glass surfaces. Perspiration waters are collected and drained outside the greenhouse by these channels. Furthermore, sub-gutter aluminium mini condensation gutter, which collects and discharges perspiration waters condensed on rain gutter surface, is one of the most important features of the system.
7) ALUMINIUM PERSPIRATION (CONDENSATION) GUTTER
It enables waters condensed by moisture in greenhouse to be discharged safely from the greenhouse through drainage channels inside the greenhouse.
GENERAL QUALITIES OF THE CONSTRUCTION
Our offer has been calculated as per snow and wind load based on regional conditions of the area where the greenhouse is located. Quantity, piece, length in meters and technical details of materials to be used, and projects regarding the subject matter will be provided in addition to the contract.
All greenhouse materials went through the hot-dip galvanized process.

Wind load of our greenhouse is 130 km/h as per the standards.

Calculated as 40kg/m2.

6) ALUMINIUM SIDE AND FRONT SKIRT PROFILE
This is part located on concrete of side and front walls of the structure. Its duty is to enable side and front glasses to be swiftly and safely assembled. It supports the glasses in the tightest way possible through EPDM rubber bearings on it.
8) ALUMINIUM SIDE GLASS SUPPORT BAR
It is used in side and front walls of the structure. Its duty is to enable side and front glasses to be structured swiftly
and safely up to high sections of the structure
by EPDM rubber bearing on it.
9) ALUMINIUM GLASS BEARING PROFILE
It holds the fixed glasses on the roof, and enables fly screen to be installed by the fly screen bearing on it.

ROUND TRANSMISSION GALVANIZE-DIP MANUFACTURING
Transmission shafts in our Venlo Glass Greenhouse system are the most reliable and suitable materials absorbing the tension created by the wind inside the greenhouse in the best way.
They are used in shears as roof cross tie, middle column cross tie,
edge column cross tie, side column cross tie and thunder tie. Transmission shafts are fully coated with hot-dip galvanized.
BOLTS AND NUTS USED IN THE CONSTRUCTION
- All of the bolts and nuts used are of 8.8 quality.
- Traction resistance is 8x100=800 Newton/mm2 at 8.8.
- For 8.8 bolt;
1) Flowing Tension = 8 x 8 x 10 =640 MPa
2) Traction Tension = 8 x 100 x 10 =800 MPa
- All nuts used are of fibre.
