1 - Ambient operation temperature interval will be +16 +26 centigrade degree.
2 - Ambient operation moisture rate will be 40% - %100.
3 - System temperature should be of capacity to enable maximum (+)(*) 1.75 centigrade degrees and maximum 5% moisture deviation from adjustment (set) value during operation period.
4 - The system should be of structure to enable operation with 100% inner air cycle - 100% outer - fresh air cycle or mixture. (Outer - fresh air term defines real fresh air taken from outside of the greenhouse)
5 - The system should of suitable structure to dose any chemical - disinfectant that may cause corrosion of a specific scale inside the air conditioning system or from fogging outlets; life of use should not be decreased due to problems that may occur due to this reason.
6 - The system should have a structure to enable execution of fully independent temperature control on each chamber and corridor.
7 - The system should be backed up for breakdowns. Backup is mandatory.
8 - The air conditioned by air conditioning system should not be blown at plants; it should be distributed equally through polyurethane channels.
9 - System flow rates should be selected as low - mid - high.
10 - The system should be designed not to decrease the moisture provided to the setting, but to preserve it on the highest level.
11 - It should have CE-ISO 9001 and EUROVENT certificates.
12 - The system should be backed up for cooling - heating, moisturising and fresh air.

3 - VENTILATION SYSTEMS AND OUTLETS
This is an insulated system made of 0.60 galvanized sheet metal preventing bacteria formation. Air distribution can be performed at demanded points through absorption and blowing outlets.
It has backup system produced particularly for humid and hygiene settings.
This is a ventilation channel providing fresh air input for setting filtering the air taken from outside through pollen filter.
The system can operate by 100% inner air cycle.
The system has a structure to operate on 100% fresh air or air mixture.
The system's structure is suitable for disinfectant dosing.
Homogeneous distribution is provided to the room through anti-bacterial channels and adjusted outlets.
Air flow rates can be selected as low in a way it is not blown directly at the plant.
A double-winged distributor outlet is used in air channels as blower and exhaust outlet.

4- FULLY AUTOMATIC MOISTURISING SYSTEM
Installation system is mounted around the channel. Moisture is distributed to air by the support of channel-air conditioner. It works in the range of 80 bars - 100 bars.
Moisture can be set up to %95 - &98.
It separates water into small particles thanks to moisturising disk tossing effect and pulverisation wings; water particles are evaporated within the air without landing. Relative humidity of the air increases while its temperature decreases.
Filtration cartridge filters, which hold the stones - earth, particles in water, is placed on the water inlet.
Pipes of 12 mm 1 mm. meat thickness are used. Nozzles on pipes, and interconnections are stainless steel.
5 - DOOR
A lock system, which can be opened inside and locked outside, is used in chamber doors for safety.
A rising hinge preventing friction when doors are opened is used.
No wooden material that may cause corrosion in the future is used in door structure.
1st class aluminium profile resistant against impacts is used in door wing.
Net space of door can be manufactured as per demanded dimensions.
Polyurethane of 38/42/m3 density is injected as insulation material into spacing between door surface coatings.

MAY SER: 600-700 styropor plantation is carried out per hour from the same seed group. It recesses back to 400 styropor for different sorts and species. Mould replacement takes maximum 5-6 minutes. This number can be on 300 to 500 styoropor levels if single, double or empty viol control personnel are present by the machine in watermelon, melon, cucumber species. We can carry out 2500 - 4500 styropor plantations in average when 8 hours a day are taken as basis.
MAY SER: Plantation can be carried out by putting a single stryopor for less than 2 minutes as it is band system.
MAY SER: This is a machine which is 15% pneumatic and has three separate parts working independently of one another (turf filling to styropor, seed spreading and vermiculite closure - life line provision). Malfunction occurring in any section does not cause the whole unit to stop; operation may continue by manual control if necessary. As long as there are no main unit or vacuum malfunctions.MAY SER: 600-700 pcs. could be extracted from 150 or 96 plantation styropors for vaccinated seedlings. It is carried out in a short time as filling unit is made on the band with a rotary wheel.
